What We Do

Chatter Yak and Xtend promise to perform the following tasks under the Managed Yak Tracker services scope:

  • Create your Yak Tracker campaign in the Yak Tracker platform with the information you provide us
  • Manage the Yak Tracker campaign by pulling lead results lists during every business day, Monday – Friday, and following up on each hot lead via phone call
  • Assisting in the marketing of your Yak Tracker campaign through:
    • Sending HTML emails
    • Providing you with a link to share the Yak Tracker campaign via your website and/or social media outlets
  • Provide you with a comprehensive campaign summary report upon the completion of each Managed Yak Tracker Campaign including:
    • Member Engagement Statistics (HTML email results and phone calls results)
    • How many loan applications have been submitted (if you are a CU*Base client)
    • How many loan applications have been booked (if you are a CU*Base client)

    • Providing you with a link to share the Yak Tracker campaign via your website and/or social media outlets
  • Provide you with a comprehensive campaign summary report upon the completion of each Managed Yak Tracker Campaign including:
    • Member Engagement Statistics (HTML email results and phone calls results)
    • How many loan applications have been submitted (only if you are a CU*Base client)
    • How many loan applications have been booked (if you are a CU*Base client)
